CHRISTIAN VOCAL ENSEMBLE “ONE VOICE FOR CHRIST”
FREE LENTEN PERFORMANCE
On Sunday evening, March 19, the Christian vocal ensemble “One Voice for Christ” will be performing their Lenten program, Wondrous Love, at 7:00 p.m. at the Emsworth UP Church located at 73 Hiland Ave. in Emsworth. A time of refreshments and fellowship will follow the program. All are encouraged to come and worship together with us as we immerse ourselves in the story of Christ’s life, His persecution, His death on the cross, and His ressurection so that all my be saved. Please join us!
Food Collections for Holy Family Students
As part of our outreach partnership and support with Holy Family Institute's Specialized Learning Program, we are providing food items to send home with students each Friday. The program is coordinated by the school's guidance counselor and is targeted at providing some nutritious, easy-to-prepare food for children who experience hunger or food insecurity. Please consider donating food or funds to support this mission. Information is on display in the church narthex, or contact Deb Sadowski at firstname.lastname@example.org or 724-719-0144. We will be collecting through the end of May.
Volunteers Needed for March 20 Monday Meal at the Center of Bellevue
As we find new ways to bring Christ to the Community, CPCBA will be coordinating quarterly dinners at The Center in Bellevue. The next one is Monday, March 20, 2017. The meal will include lasagna, rolls, salad, and brownies. We are asking volunteers to provide meals for 80 adults and the CPCBA servers in blocks of 20. (e.g. lasagna or rolls to serve 20). Look for a sign-up sheet on the desk in the Narthex.
The food (ready to eat) should be at CPCBA by 5:00 PM on Monday or at the Center of Bellevue (2 Sprague Ave) by 5:30 PM. Please mark as Monday Evening Meal if you leave it in the CPCBA kitchen.
We also need 6-8 Servers. All are encouraged to share the meal with the attendees. It is a wonderful experience filled with lots of stories and laughter. Come join in the fun. There is a role for everyone, particularly cooks and servers.

Yoga at CPCBA -- Every Thursday at 6:30pm
We begin our spring 2017 Yoga Session on Thursday, February 16 at 6:30pm. We will meet in the Narthex. Our yoga instructor is Payden Vietmeier. The cost is $10 per class.
