If you need to use Zoom, check the day/time you’re planning your meeting for a potential conflict.
If there’s a conflicting meeting, send an email to calendar@cpcba.org — we’ll see if the backup Zoom account is available for you to use!
NOTE: Meetings on this calendar may or may not be using Zoom — if there’s one scheduled when you want to hold a meeting, open it up to see whether it’s a Zoom meeting!

Include MEETING DAY, START TIME, END TIME, ORGANIZER NAME and EMAIL
